CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY ~ CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO, 473 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT NO. 60, AMENDING ORDINANCE <br /> NO. 309 (ZONING ORDINANCE) AND "ZONING MAP" <br /> OF SAID ORDINANCE, RE HARRISON-WEST ANGELA- <br /> AUGUS T INE AREA <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby <br />ordain as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. The "Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton", <br />dated April 18, 1960, as adopted in Section 3.3 of Ordinance No. <br />309, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into zoning <br />districts, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 60, as shown on map dated <br /> October, 1966, on file with the City Clerk, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto as <br /> EXHIBIT A, and made a part hereof, shall <br /> designate the land use and zoning district <br /> of said territory. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. Said territory and zone classification, as <br />amended, is further described as follows: <br /> <br /> Property and lots bounded on the north by <br /> West Angela Street, on the east by Augustine <br /> Street, on the south by the C-O District <br /> fronting Bernal Avenue, and on the west by <br /> Harrison Street, classified as: <br /> <br /> RG-15, Garden Apartment Residential District <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on October 10, 1966. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on October 24, 1966, by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: COUNCILMEN LONG, REGA, REID AND MAYOR HARDING <br /> NOES: NONE <br /> ABSENT: COUNCILMAN GERTON <br /> <br /> W//~~REN R~~.~, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />HELEN WOODWARD, City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
