The project <br />would construct a new recreational facility within the Augustin Bernal Community Park. As <br />discussed in Section 3.15(a), the analysis throughout this Initial Study demonstrates that <br />construction of this project could result in adverse physical impacts to biological and cultural <br />resources, geology and soils, and hydrology and water quality. On-going maintenance of the new <br />trail would not lead to new adverse environmental effects.
