AUGUSTIN BERNAL MOUNTAIN BIKE TRAIL PROJECT DRAFT INITIAL STUDY <br /> 12956 <br />DUDEK 78 April 2022 <br />additional recreation facilities or generate increased demand for recreational facilities. The project <br />would construct a new recreational facility within the Augustin Bernal Community Park. As <br />discussed in Section 3.15(a), the analysis throughout this Initial Study demonstrates that <br />construction of this project could result in adverse physical impacts to biological and cultural <br />resources, geology and soils, and hydrology and water quality. On-going maintenance of the new <br />trail would not lead to new adverse environmental effects. The impacts due to project construction <br />would be Less Than Significant Impact With Mitigation Incorporated because all of these impacts <br />would be reduced to less than significant levels with implementation of the mitigation measures <br />identified in this Initial Study. <br />Mitigation Measures <br />Refer to the following: <br /> MM BIO-1 in Section 3.5; <br /> MMs CUL-1 and CUL-2 in Section 3.5; <br /> MMs-GEO-1 and GEO-2 in Section 3.7; and <br /> MM-HAZ-1 in Section 3.9. <br /> 3.17 Transportation <br /> <br />Potentially <br />Significant <br />Impact <br />Less Than <br />Significant <br />Impact With <br />Mitigation <br />Incorporated <br />Less Than <br />Significant <br />Impact No Impact <br />XVII.
