No approvals or permits from local, <br />state, or federal agencies are anticipated to be necessary. <br /> Golden Eagle HOA: Access Easement <br />Environmental Factors Potentially Affected <br />As demonstrated in this Initial Study, the proposed project would result in potentially significant impacts in several <br />environmental resource areas, however all of the project’s impacts would be reduced to a less than significant level <br />with implementation of the mitigation measures included in this Initial Study.
