There are no agricultural or forest uses on the project <br />site or the surrounding area. <br />According to the California Department of Conservation’s (DOC) Farmland Mapping and Monitoring <br />Program, the project site is not located within any land designated as Prime Farmland, Unique <br />Farmland, or Farmland of Statewide Importance, and is marked as being in Urban and Built Up <br />Land.20 The nearest farmland to the project site is located approximately 2 miles south of the project <br />site and is classified as Unique Farmland.21 In addition, the project site and the surrounding area are <br />not under a Williamson Act Contract. <br /> <br />20 California Department of Conservation (DOC). 2016.
