In order to implement <br />the proposed project, the following permits and/or approvals would need to be granted: <br />• PUD Development Plan Approval (which incorporates Design Review) <br />• Affordable Housing Agreement <br />• Growth Management Agreement <br />• Parcel Map and/or Lot line and easement adjustments <br />
