Resolution No. 23-1360 <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> Report (State Clearinghouse No. 2022040091) which was examined for certification by the City <br /> Council on January 26, 2023. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1. The City Council finds the adoption of Objective Design Standards <br /> implement and are consistent with the goals and policies examined in the 2023-2031 (6th Cycle) <br /> Housing Element Update Program Environmental Impact Report (State Clearinghouse No. <br /> 2022040091). <br /> SECTION 2. The City Council adopts the Objective Design Standards, attached as <br /> Exhibit A and Exhibit B to this resolution, and grants the Director of Community Development or <br /> designee authority to make minor changes to correct typographical errors, formatting, and non- <br /> substantive clarifications. <br /> SECTION 3.
