Retail commercial uses are limited to those <br />primarily serving business park employees. FARs are not to <br />exceed 0.6. <br /> <br /> <br />Sand and gravel harvesting area <br />Community Facilities <br /> Public and Institutional - Any public or institutional use, <br />including religious facilities, cemeteries, corporation yards, <br />sewage treatment facilities, utility substations, hospitals, post <br />offices, community centers, senior centers, libraries, and City <br />Hall. FARs are not to exceed 0.6.
