Once an <br />application for development of Site 22 (Merritt) is submitted, the City will review the site-specific <br />VMT analysis during the environmental review process. <br />Response to FOOTHILL-9 <br />The commenter provides an analysis of the biological resources-related mitigation measures <br />included in the Draft Program EIR and how they have been developed for Site 22 (Merritt) (see <br />Attachment A of the comment letter), and also provides supplementary geotechnical materials (See <br />Attachment B of the comment letter). <br />The information provided in the comment letter will be provided to City decision-makers.
