Pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15132, this Final Program EIR includes a list of persons, organizations, and agencies that provided comments on the Draft Program EIR during the public comment period that ran from October 20, 2022 to December 5, 2022; responses to the comments received regarding the Draft Program EIR; and errata, or revisions to the Draft Program EIR; as well as a Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP) for consideration by the City during its review. This document is organized into three sections: • Section 1—Introduction. Provides an introduction to the Final Program EIR. • Section 2—Responses to Written Comments. Provides a list of the agencies, organizations, and individuals who commented on the Draft Program EIR. Copies of all the letters received regarding the Draft Program EIR and responses thereto are included in this section. • Section 3—Errata. Includes an addendum listing refinements and clarifications on the Draft Program EIR, which have been incorporated. The Final Program EIR includes the following contents: • Draft Program EIR (provided under separate cover) • Draft Program EIR Appendices (provided under separate cover) • Responses to Written Comments on the Draft Program EIR and Errata (Sections 2 and 3 of this document) • Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (provided under separate cover)
