Stoneridge Mall itself lies completely within <br /> Stoneridge Mall Road, a looped two- to four-lane collector street that connects to <br /> Stoneridge Drive and Foothill Road. <br /> The central mall building currently has a variety of smaller retail shops, restaurants, and <br /> service businesses-, it is owned by Simon Property Group ("SPG," or"Simon") and is <br /> located on its own property that includes peripheral parking areas adjacent to the mall. <br /> Attached to and interconnected with the central mall building are several department <br /> stores, each located on its own property, including Macy's Men's Store, Macy's <br /> Women's Store, J.C. Penney, Nordstrom, and Sears. The Sears store closed in 2018, <br /> and the property was subsequently purchased by SPG. The Nordstrom store closed in <br /> 2021 and as of December 2022 the property was in the process of being acquired by a <br /> new owner. <br /> 4 <br />
