-10 - <br />156123283.10 <br />Row Standard Compliance Analysis <br />70.A7.8 Trees and solar photovoltaic parking shade structures shall be provided in surface <br />parking areas. Trees shall be provided such that they contribute to at least 20 <br />percent of the total shade in the parking area. <br />Complies. <br />71.A7.9 Class 1 weather-protected and secured bike parking spaces shall be provided for <br />a minimum of 0.6 space per dwelling unit. Bike parking can be grouped in one <br />structure; provided within a secured room in the building or parking garage; or <br />dispersed in private garages. When grouped in one structure separate from the <br />building envelope, it shall be located such that it maintains a 5 feet setback from <br />the property lines. <br />Complies. <br />72.A7.10 Class 2 short term bicycle parking shall be provided at a minimum of 2 spaces for <br />every 50 residential units. Bike racks shall be clearly visible from and located <br />within 100 feet of the main entry door.
