Page 6 <br />kimley-horn.com 4637 Chabot Drive, Suite 300, Pleasanton, CA 94588 925.398.4840 <br />E.Conclusion <br />The Simon Property Group is currently seeking to construct 360 residential units and a new parking <br />garage at the southeast corner of the Stoneridge Shopping Center. Fair share percentages were <br />calculated to determine the Project’s contribution towards the mitigations for roadways with potentially <br />significant traffic noise impacts within the City’s Housing Element Supplemental EIR. Roadways where <br />the Project would add trips were analyzed for the fair share contribution. Based on the analysis, the <br />trips generated by the Project would constitute the following percentages of total traffic on the following <br />eight (8) roadway segments: <br />1. Foothill Road north of Canyon Way = 1.65 percent <br />2. Foothill Road south of Canyon Way = 0.81 percent <br />3. Canyon Way east of Foothill Road = 2.16 percent <br />4. Springdale Avenue north of Stoneridge Drive = 0.33 percent <br />5. Springdale Avenue east of Springdale Avenue = 0.15 percent <br />6. Stoneridge Mall Road north of Stoneridge Drive = 3.42 percent <br />7. Stoneridge Drive east of Stoneridge Mall Road = 1.69 percent <br />8.
