Ramboll - Stoneridge Mall Residential Project
158850326.2
10/11
Confidential
Please note that the results do not include sound levels from backup beepers. Backup beepers are
intermittent and can vary in sound levels from vehicle to vehicle. Based on the results of the noise
model, sound levels from a typical backup beeper located at the Macy’s loading dock would be
approximately 60 dBA at the western property plane of the Project site.
Additional Measures
None required.
5. Summary
The results of the analysis found that the limits set forth in MM 4.J-2 and MM 4.J-5c were not exceeded.
While the limit of Ldn 65 dBA in MM 4.J-6a was exceeded at the rooftop deck at the northeast corner of
the building, the installation of a barrier along the north and east sides of the rooftop deck should result in
traffic sound levels below Ldn 65 dBA.
6.
