CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 471 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT NO. 59, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 309 <br /> (ZONING ORDINANCE) AND "ZONING MAP" OF SAID <br /> ORDINANCE RE 4782 HARRISON STREET <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby <br />ordain as follows: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The "Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton", <br />dated April 18, 1960, as adopted in Section 3.3 of Ordinance No. <br />309, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into zoning <br />districts, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 59, as shown on map dated September, <br /> 1966, on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which <br /> is attached hereto as EXHIBIT A, and made a part <br /> hereof, shall designate the land use and zoning <br /> district of said territory. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. Said territory and zone classification, as <br />amended, is further described as follows: <br /> <br /> Property owned by L.D. McGregor, commonly known <br /> as 4782 Harrison Street, classified as : <br /> <br /> RG-15, Garden Apartment Residential District <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on September 12, 1966. <br /> <br /> ADOFrED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Pleasanton on September 19, 1966, by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: COUNCILMEN GERTON, LONG, REGA, REID AND MAYOR HARDING <br /> <br /> NOES: NONE <br /> <br /> ABSENT: NONE <br /> <br /> WARREN R o H~~ Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />HELEN WOODWARD, City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
