Why? i) We learned with the 5"/day rain at Dublin last month that unexpected megastorm floods, happening all over, could happen here. ii) We learned that, unexpectedly, miraculously, fortunately, there now is on the web PREDICTIONS (forecasts) of rainfall & runoff & Del Valle Reservoir ops,that enable the city emergency person to be able to follow rain & runoff 1
