CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO o 4 70 ZONING UNIT NO. 58, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 309 (ZONING ORDINANCE) AND "ZONING MAP" OF SAID ORDINANCE RE TENTATIVE MAP, TRACT NO. 2896 (STONESON DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION) The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. The "Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton," dated April 18, 1960, as adopted in Section 3.3 of Ordinance No. 309, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into zoning districts, is hereby amended as follows: Zoning Unit No. 58, as shown on map dated August, 1966, on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached hereto as EXHIBIT A, and made a part hereof, shall designate the land use and zoning district of said territory. SECTION 2. Said territory and zone classification, as amended, is further descri'bed as follows: Property owned by S~Dneson Development Corporation, as shown in Tentative Map for Tract No. 2896, c lass if led as: R-l, Single Family Residential, approximately 166.4 acres, including one proposed school site of approximately 13.8 acres; R-2, One and Two Family Residence District, 1.5 acres; RG-15, Garden Apartment Residence District, 18.2 acres; RG-25, Garden Apartment Residence District, 6.9 acres; C-O, Administrative and Professional Office District, 12.2 acres; C-T, Thoroughfare Commercial District, 21.2 acres; C-C, Community Commercial District, 101.1 acres; A, Agricultural District, 10.4 acres.
