ORDINANCE LOG2015 12/7/2010 Amend Chapter 20 and relevant sections of the Pleasanton Municipal Code concerning the adoption of the 2010 Edition of the California Code of Regulations Title 24, including by reference the 2009 International Building, Fire, Property, Maintenance, Historical and Existing Building Codes; the 2009 Uniform Plumbing and Mechanical Codes and the 2008 National Electrical Code1/4/20112016 12/7/2010 PRZ-58 – City of Pleasanton – amend the zoning for three sites in Hacienda Business Park to require residential development meet certain core standards related to density, affordability and unit mix, consistent with the settlement agreement approved by the city council on August 17, 2010 in the case of Urban Habitat v.
