<br />Existing Programs Review City of Pleasanton | D-27 <br />Table D-1: Existing Housing Element Programs Review <br />Program <br /># Program Objectives Responsible <br />Party Evaluation Modify / Delete / <br />Continue <br />47.4 <br />As part of the City’s Consolidated Annual <br />Performance Evaluation Report approval, <br />or other time deemed appropriate by the <br />City Manager, the City Manager will <br />present a report regarding the City’s <br />efforts to fulfill Resolution 10-390, the <br />success of the efforts and the plan and <br />proposals to attract well-designed housing <br />affordable to low- and very low-income <br />households with children in the future. <br />- Housing Division <br />Annually, the City <br />provides the <br />Consolidated Annual <br />Performance Evaluation <br />Reports (CAPER) and <br />the Housing Element <br />Annual Progress Report. <br />Delete: This Settlement <br />Agreement obligation has <br />been satisfied. <br />47.5 <br />The City will work in good faith with non- <br />profit and for-profit developers to secure <br />property, within Pleasanton and its current <br />sphere of influence, for the development of <br />well-designed affordable housing for <br />families with children in Pleasanton. <br />- Housing Division, <br />Planning Division <br />During the planning <br />period, 1.64 acres of land <br />dedicated to the City was <br />used in partnership with <br />Sunflower Hill to develop <br />31 affordable housing <br />units for individuals with <br />developmental <br />disabilities, completed in <br />2020. <br />Modify/ Merge: Merge <br />with Program 47.3 and <br />include more specific <br />outreach objectives and <br />timeframes. <br />Senate Bill (SB) 2 <br />48.1 <br />Revise the Zoning Ordinance to permit <br />transitional and supportive housing in all <br />zones allowing residential uses and define <br />transitional and supportive housing as <br />residential uses allowed in the same way <br />and subject to the same development <br />regulations that apply to other dwellings of <br />the same type in the same zone. <br />- <br />Housing Division, Housing <br />Commission, Planning <br />Division, Planning <br />Commission, City Council <br />The Zoning Ordinance <br />was amended, but recent <br />state laws have <br />expanded requirements. <br />See Program 43.1. <br />Delete: Addressed by <br />Program 43.1. <br />
