The property owners have indicated they are interested in <br />evaluating the future development of their property and have identified a vacant <br />approximately 3.0 acres portion of the property along the western side directly <br />adjacent to the BART parking lot (another high-density site) as available and suitable <br />for high-density residential development. The site is located within Hacienda with a <br />high concentration of office employment and tall, large buildings in the area.
