A restaurant <br />is also located on the site and has frontage on Santa Rita Road. <br />Key Considerations and Feasibility for Site Development: <br />The Tri-Valley Inn was constructed in 1954. Staff has received inquiries from the <br />property owner interested in converting the property to a residential use and being <br />considered as part of the Housing Element update. The site is located along a major <br />arterial; adjacent uses include Mission Plaza across Lockhart Lane to the south, <br />single-family residential uses to the north, west, and across Santa Rita Road to the <br />east. A small proportion of the subject site is adjacent to 154-unit multi-family <br />residential development that consists of apartment units and townhomes.
