<br />10 <br /> <br />990052\01\3407083.1 <br />Government Code Provision Housing Element Compliance <br />Community Redevelopment Law (Division 24 (commencing with Section 33000) of the <br />Health and Safety Code). <br />In order to make adequate provision for the housing needs of all economic segments of <br />the community, the program shall do all of the following: <br /> <br />(c)(1) Identify actions that will be taken to make sites available during the planning <br />period with appropriate zoning and development standards and with services and <br />facilities to accommodate that portion of the city’s or county’s share of the regional <br />housing need for each income level that could not be accommodated on sites identified in <br />the inventory completed pursuant to paragraph (3) of subdivision (a) without rezoning, <br />and to comply with the requirements of Section 65584.09. <br />Main Body: <br />• Section 4.B: Goals, Policies, and <br />Programs <br />(c)(1) Sites shall be identified as needed to affirmatively further fair housing Appendix B: Sites Inventory and <br />Methodology <br />Appendix F: AFFH <br />• Section F.5: Site Inventory <br />• Section F.6: Contributing <br />Factors and Meaningful Actions <br />(c)(1) and to facilitate and encourage the development of a variety of types of housing <br />for all income levels, including multifamily rental housing, factory-built housing, mobile <br />homes, housing for agricultural employees, supportive housing, single-room occupancy <br />units, emergency shelters, and transitional housing. <br />Appendix F: AFFH <br />• Section F.5: Site Inventory <br />• Section F.6: Contributing <br />Factors and Meaningful Actions <br />Main Body: <br />• Section 4.B: Goals, Policies, and <br />Programs <br />Appendix C: Housing Constraints <br />• Section C.2.2: Land Use <br />Controls <br />(c)(1)(A) Where the inventory of sites, pursuant to paragraph (3) of subdivision (a), does <br />not identify adequate sites to accommodate the need for groups of all household income <br />levels pursuant to Section 65584, rezoning of those sites, including adoption of minimum <br />density and development standards, for jurisdictions with an eight-year housing element <br />planning period pursuant to Section 65588, shall be completed no later than three years <br />after either the date the housing element is adopted pursuant to subdivision (f) of Section <br />Not applicable <br />
