Resolution No. <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />Report (State Clearinghouse No. 2022040091) which was examined for certification by the City <br />Council on January 26, 2023. <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The City Council finds the adoption of Objective Design Standards <br />implement and are consistent with the goals and policies examined in the 2023-2031 (6th Cycle) <br />Housing Element Update Program Environmental Impact Report (State Clearinghouse No. <br />2022040091). <br /> <br />SECTION 2. The City Council adopts the Objective Design Standards, attached as <br />Exhibit A, Exhibit B, and Exhibit C to this resolution, and grants the Director of Community <br />Development or designee authority to make minor changes to correct typographical errors, <br />formatting, and non-substantive clarifications. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
