Objective Design Standards for Housing Sites <br />City of Pleasanton - Page 14 - DRAFT: January 4, 2023 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CONDITIONAL USES <br />• Childcare centers <br />• Liquor stores <br />• Bars (as defined in the Pleasanton Municipal Code) <br />• Wine bars and wine sales <br />• Any uses from permitted list proposed to have normal business hours between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. <br />• Uses similar in nature to any of the above, subject to a finding and permit from the Planning <br />Commission <br />EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED USES <br />• Retail Tobacco Stores <br />• Adult Enter <br />LIVE/WORK SPACE ALLOWED USES <br />• Residential uses (Live/Live) <br />• Arts and craft work such as ceramics, painting, photography, sculpture, woodwork, and similar <br />cottage industries <br />• Offices of architects, attorneys, consultants, writers, planners, CPAs, tax preparers, therapist and <br />other small-scale professional office uses <br />• Hair stylist and other personal services, excluding massage <br />• All permitted uses in retail space <br />• Other small-scale, low impact uses may be allowed as determined by the Director of Community <br />Development <br />LIVE/WORK SPACE CONDITIONAL USES <br />• Any allowed uses proposed to have normal business hours between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. <br /> <br />
