Resolution No. PC-2023-4 <br />Page Two <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Pleasanton, based on the entire record of proceedings, including the oral and written <br />staff reports and all public comment and testimony: <br />Section 1: The Planning Commission recommends that the City Council find the <br />adoption of Objective Design Standards to be exempt from the California <br />Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to CEQA Guidelines <br />Sections 15061(b)(3) and 15183, because it can be see with certainty that <br />there is no possibility that this action may have a significant impact on the <br />environment and because the Objective Design Standards would <br />implement and be consistent with the goals and policies of the General <br />Plan. <br />Section 2: The Planning Commission hereby recommends that the City Council <br />adopt the Objective Design Standards, attached as Attachment 1 and <br />Attachment 2 to this resolution. <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton at a regular meeting held on January 11, 2023, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br />_____________________________ ______________________________ <br />Melinda Denis Brandon Pace <br />Secretary, Planning Commission Chair <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />____________________________________ <br />Larissa Seto <br />Assistant City Attorney
