As part of any request for removing these trees, the project sponsor <br />shall provide the City with a certified arborist's assessment of the tree and shall be <br />required to show additional trees, native species preferred, that would be planted to <br />mitigate their removal. The existing heritage-sized oak tree on Lot 3 shall be <br />maintained and all necessary measures taken to promote its long-term preservation, <br />including restriction of turf within the dripline area, use of special post and beam <br />construction of decking within the dripline, etc. <br /> <br />64. The design review application submitted for the custom home on Lot 1 shall <br /> include a plan for an on-site driveway configuration with sufficient area and <br /> dimensions to allow a vehicle to turn around on-site in order to be able to drive <br /> headfirst from the property onto Sycamore Creek Way.
