Attachment 3 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br /> APPROVING COMPENSATION FOR TEMPORARY/SEASONAL EMPLOYEES AND <br /> AMENDING THE TEMPORARY, PART-TIME/SEASONAL CLASSIFICATION SALARY <br /> STRUCTURE <br /> WHEREAS, compensation for the City's temporary employees is set forth in the City's <br /> Temporary. Part-time/Seasonal Classification Salary Structure, and <br /> WHEREAS, staff recommends the City Council authorize the City Manager to increase <br /> the salary structure; and <br /> WHEREAS, staff recommends the City Council authorize the City Manager to amend the <br /> temporary classifications as necessary. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1. Amends the Temporary, Part-time/Seasonal Classification Salary <br /> Structure, effective January 1, 2023, for temporary employees as provided in Exhibit A. <br /> SECTION 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at <br /> a regular meeting held on December 20, 2022. <br /> I, Jocelyn Kwong, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify the foregoing <br /> resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 20th day of December <br /> 2022, by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: <br /> Noes: <br /> Absent: <br /> Abstain: <br /> Jocelyn Kwong, City Clerk <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> Daniel G.
