1 <br /> THE CITY OF <br /> —• WeiIM CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br /> PLEASANTON. <br /> December 20, 2022 <br /> City Manager <br /> City Clerk <br /> TITLE: ADOPT A RESOLUTION DECLARING RESULTS OF THE GENERAL <br /> MUNICIPAL ELECTION HELD NOVEMBER 8, 2022 <br /> SUMMARY <br /> A General Municipal Election was held on November 8, 2022 for the purpose of electing <br /> a Mayor and two City Councilmembers (District 1 and District 3). The City consolidated <br /> its election with the State General Election and contracted with Alameda County <br /> Registrar of Voters to canvass the returns. The Registrar of Voters has completed the <br /> official canvass and has provided the City with a Statement of the Results of all votes <br /> cast for each candidate. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Adopt the Resolution reciting the facts of the General Municipal Election held on <br /> November 8, 2022 declaring the results and such other matters as provided by law. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br /> Submitted by: Approved by: <br /> ff, <br /> Oocelyn o Gerry Beaudin <br /> City Clerk City Manager <br /> Attachment: <br /> 1.
