Paseos (Pedestrian Connections) <br /> Fig. 3: Required Paseo (Pedestrian Connection) Width <br />Development Standards: <br />All Sites <br />B4.1 Where provided, Paseos shall provide a width in accordance with all the following: <br />a. A width measured from building face to building face not less than one-quarter of the sum of <br />the tallest building heights bordering each side of the Paseo. <br />b. All Paseos shall be further limited to a minimum width of 20 feet and a maximum width of <br />35 feet. <br />B4.2 Where Paseos are provided, the pathways in a paseo shall be at least six feet wide when intended <br />for pedestrians only and at least eight feet wide when intended for pedestrians as well as <br />bicyclists. <br />B4.3 Stoops and porches shall be allowed to encroach up to four feet into the Paseo. <br />B4.4 Low entry landscape walls, not to exceed three feet in height, may encroach up to six feet into the <br />paseo. <br />B4.5 Where Paseos are provided, trees shall be planted at an average spacing of 25 feet with no <br />individual spacing to exceed 40 feet. <br />B4.6 Where Paseos are provided, pedestrian-scale lighting shall be provided and shall comply with
