Other Guidelines and Regulations Applying to Development <br />In addition to the standards set forth in this document, residential development projects, including <br />mixed commercial/residential projects on properties within Downtown Specific Plan and/or zoned R -M <br />or C-C District are subject to other regulations, including but not limited to: <br />a. Those set forth in the Pleasanton Municipal Code for the property based on its zoning, <br />including but not limited standards as to height, density, lot dimensions, setbacks, floor-area- <br />ratio and other applicable standards; as well as any generally applicable standards (for <br />example, off-street parking minimums, open space requirements, signage, landscaping, etc.) <br />b. Standards set forth in any applicable Planned Unit Development Plan. <br />c. Regulations of the Downtown Specific Plan, as applicable <br />d. The City of Pleasanton General Plan <br />As a rule, where a topic is addressed and a standard is established in these standards and guidelines, it <br />will take precedence over a conflicting requirement or guideline established in the Pleasanton Municipal <br />Code or other City-adopted document regulating development. <br /> <br />D. Project Review and Approval Procedures <br />Projects shall be reviewed and approved in accordance with the procedures established in the <br />Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
