CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04-075 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING THE 2004-2005 ADVISORY <br />BOARD FOR THE PLEASANTON DOWNTOWN BUSINESS <br />IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has heretofore established a Pleasanton Downtown <br /> Business Improvement District (Chapter 5.28, Pleasanton Municipal Code); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Parking and Business Improvement Area Law of 1989 (Streets and Highways <br />Code §§36500 et seq.) requires the City Council of the City of Pleasanton to <br />appoint an advisory board, which board shall prepare a budget each fiscal year <br />with a report describing the improvements and activities of the Downtown <br />Improvement District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Council reviewed the report of the Director of Finance (SR 04:250) regarding the <br />recommendations of the Downtown Association for appointment to the advisory <br />board. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />The following persons are appointed to the 2004-2005 Pleasanton Downtown <br />Business Improvement Advisory Board: <br /> <br />Darryl Alexander <br />James Hoge <br />Peter MacDonald <br />Mike Madden <br />Judy Wheeler-Ditter <br />Janet Yarbrough <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
