CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> GEOLOGIC HAZARD ABATEMENT DISTRICT MEETING MINUTES <br /> August 16, 2022 <br /> This meeting was conducted in accordance with Governor Newsom's <br /> Executive Order N-29-20 and AB 361 COVID-19 pandemic protocols. <br /> GHAD SPECIAL MEETING <br /> Chair Brown called the special meeting of the Board of GHAD to order at the hour of 6:57 p.m. from the <br /> Council Chamber located at 200 Old Bernal Avenue and via Zoom. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Present: Boardmembers Arkin, Balch, Narum, Testa, Chair Brown <br /> Absent: None <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> Chair Brown opened public comment. There being no speakers, Chair Brown closed public comment. <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> 1.
