ATTACHMENT 1 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON UPDATING <br /> THE RECORDS RETENTION SCHEDULE REGARDING LEGISLATIVE BODIES <br /> MEETING RECORDINGS <br /> WHEREAS, the City's Records Retention schedule establishes retention of meeting <br /> recordings of the City's legislative bodies; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City desires to update the schedule to align retention of meeting <br /> recordings with the retention of meeting agendas. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1.
