CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 462 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT NO, 56, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 309 <br /> (ZONING ORDINANCE) AND "ZONING MAP" OF SAID <br /> ORDINANCE RE CORTEZ PROPERTY, FIRST STREET <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby ordain <br />as follows: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The "Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton," <br />dated April 18, 1960, as adopted in Section 3.3 of Ordinance No. <br />309, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into zoning <br />districts, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 56, as shown on map dated July, <br /> 1966, on file with the City Clerk, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto as EXHIBIT A, and made <br /> a part hereof, shall designate the land use and <br /> zoning district of said territory. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. Said territory and zone classification, as <br />amended, is further described as follows: <br /> <br /> Parcel 2: Land easterly of Shell Oil Station <br /> site, fronting Vineyard Avenue, classified as <br /> RG-25; <br /> <br /> Parcel 3: Rear portion of the Cortez property, <br /> classified as RG-25 District; <br /> <br /> Parcel 4: Remaining property fronting on First <br /> Street, southerly of Cortez property to Kottinger <br /> Avenue, classified as RG-25 District; <br /> <br /> Parcel 5: Cortez property, commonly known as <br /> 4226 First Street, classified as C-T District. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on July 11, 1966. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on JULY 18 , 1966, by the following <br />vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: COUNCILMEN GERTON, LONG, REGA AND MAYOR HARDING <br /> NOES: COUNCILMAN REID <br /> ABSENT: NONE <br /> <br /> WARREN R o HARD'IN~ Mayor <br />ATTEST: ~ <br /> <br /> <br />
