CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 460 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT NO. 55, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 309 <br /> (ZONING ORDINANCE) AND "ZONING MAP" OF SAID <br /> ORDINANCE, RE NORTH OF VALLEY AVENUE NEAR VINE <br /> AVENUE <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby <br />ordain as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. The "Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton," <br />dated April 18, 1960, as adopted in Section 3.3 of Ordinance <br />No. 309, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into <br />zoning districts, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 55, as shown on map dated June, <br /> 1966, on file with the City Clerk, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto as EXHIBIT A, and made <br /> a part hereof, shall designate the land use and <br /> zoning district of said territory. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. Said territory and zone classification, as <br />amended, is further described as follows: <br /> <br /> All that territory owned by D & V Builders, Inc., <br /> North of Valley Avenue, and Westerly and Easterly <br /> of Vine Avenue, classified as: <br /> <br /> R-l, SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on June 27, 1966. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on July 5, 1966, by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmen Gerton, Rega, Rei~.~and Harding <br /> <br /> NOES: None <br /> <br /> ABSENT: Councilman Long. <br /> <br /> WARREN R.'
