Less than significant impact. <br />Impact HYD-4: Development consistent with the Housing <br />Element Update, rezonings, and General and Specific Plan <br />Amendments would not be located in a flood hazard <br />zone, tsunami, or seiche zone, or risk release of pollutants <br />due to project inundation. <br />No mitigation is necessary. Less than significant impact. <br />Impact HYD-5: Development consistent with the Housing <br />Element Update, rezonings, and General and Specific Plan <br />Amendments would not conflict with or obstruct <br />implementation of a water quality control plan or <br />sustainable groundwater management plan. <br />No mitigation is necessary. Less than significant impact. <br />Section 3.10—Land Use and Planning <br />Impact LAND-1: Development consistent with the <br />Housing Element Update, rezonings, and General Plan and <br />Specific Plan Amendments would not physically divide an <br />established community. <br />No mitigation is necessary.
