Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute an agreement with Carollo Engineers in <br /> the amount of $999,750 to prepare the Water System Management Plan, closed CIP 21176 — <br /> Water Asset Management, and relocated fiscal year 2021/22 budget of $300,000 to CIP 22190 — <br /> Water System Management Plan, and allocated $300,000 from fund 421 Water Replacement <br /> Capital Improvement Program to CIP 22190 <br /> 19.
