LAND <br /> USE ELEMENT, AS FILED UNDER CASE PSP-6 <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 21, 2004, the City Council received a staff report from <br /> the Director of Planning and 2ommunity Development (SR 04:039) regarding a <br /> modification to the text of th~.. Pleasanton Downtown Specific Plan, which <br /> modification would amend S, '.ction A.., Land Use Summary, of Section IV., Land <br /> Use Element; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearin was held on September 21, 2004. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUN tIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Adopts the text modification~ to the Downtown Specific Plan, Case PSP-6, as set <br /> forth on the attached Exhibit "A." <br /> <br />Section 2.
