The City Council and staff am authorized to provide impartial informational materials on the Initiative as ~nay be lawfully provided by the City's representatives; no public funds shall be used to campaign for or against the initiative. The residents of the City are ~ncouraged to become well informed on Proposition lA and its impacts on local ?d state government. The City Manager (or City Clerk) is directed to send a copy of this resolution to the Executive Director of the/League of California Cities.
