RESOLUTION NO. 22-1326 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> SETTING COMPENSATION AND AMENDING THE MANAGEMENT AND <br /> CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE COMPENSATION PLAN <br /> WHEREAS, compensation for the City's Management and Confidential <br /> employees, except the City Manager and City Attorney, is set forth in the City's <br /> Management and Confidential Employee Performance Compensation Plan; and <br /> WHEREAS, staff recommends that the City Council authorize the City Manager to <br /> increase the salary control points for each Management and Confidential classification by <br /> 3 percent; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1. Approves a revision to the salary control point schedule, effective <br /> September 3, 2022, for Management and Confidential employees, increasing the salary <br /> control points for each Management and Confidential classification by 3 percent, in Exhibit <br /> A. <br /> SECTION 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage <br /> and adoption. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br /> Pleasanton at a regular meeting held on September 6, 2022. <br /> I, Jocelyn Kwong, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify the <br /> foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 6th <br /> day of September 2022, by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmembers Arkin, Balch, Narum, Testa, Mayor Brown <br /> Noes: None <br /> Absent: None <br /> Abstain: None <br /> Jo e yn Kworjg, Ci lerk <br /> APP VED AS TO FORM: <br /> Daniel G.
