Approved purchase order agreement with Valley Oil by increasing the not- to-exceed amount from <br /> $600,000 to $700,000 for fuel for City and Pleasanton Unified School District vehicles and <br /> equipment for FY 2021/22 <br /> 15. Presentation of a Proclamation recognizing Arts in Education month and April 2022 as Arts, <br /> Culture and Creativity month <br /> Councilmember Balch read the Proclamation. <br /> Pleasanton Cultural Arts Council President Kelly Cousins and Pleasanton Art League President <br /> Meghana Mitragotri accepted the Proclamation. Ms. Cousins thanked the City Council and expressed <br /> her appreciation. Ms. Mitragotri thanked the City Council and expressed pride in the important work of <br /> her organization continuing during the pandemic. She also thanked the Alameda County Arts <br /> Commission for its advocacy for the arts. <br /> 17. Presentation of a Proclamation recognizing March 2022 as March for Meals month in <br /> Pleasanton <br /> Councilmember Balch read the Proclamation. <br /> Mayor Brown reported she assists with Meals on Wheels and encouraged residents to volunteer. <br /> Community Manager of Spectrum Community Services Meals on Wheels Carrie Oldes accepted the <br /> Proclamation.
