In response to Councilmember Testa, Councilmember Balch agreed to amend the amount to $150 and <br /> for the anticipation of fewer participants than in the former program. <br /> Councilmember Balch reported with the smaller estimate of customers, the fee would have to be $200 <br /> to break even. In response to Mayor Brown, he agreed he did not think enough people would pay $200. <br /> He advised the expectation of $150 is reasonable. He accepted Councilmember Testa's friendly <br /> amendment. Councilmember Narum also accepted the amendment. <br /> MOTION: It was m/s by Balch/Narum to approve the agreement amending the seasonal rate to <br /> $150. Motion passed by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmembers Arkin, Balch, Narum, Testa, Mayor Brown <br /> Noes: None <br /> Absent: None <br /> MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL <br /> Mayor Brown called for a future discussion about the Meadowlark Trail based on public comment. <br /> Councilmember Narum stated she was on the Planning Commission when the Meadowlark Trail was <br /> approved and the callers all neglected to mention they negotiated for 35 extra feet. <br /> Mayor Brown advised this needs to come through as a staff report.
