3. Adopted and waived full reading of Resolution No. 22-1276 approving and authorizing the City <br /> Manager to execute a Preannexation Agreement with Kevin Nguyen and Eleanore Yee for water <br /> and sanitary sewer connections to an existing residence located at 720 Mockingbird Lane in <br /> unincorporated Alameda County and authorizing an application to the Local Agency Formation <br /> Commission (LAFCo) seeking approval from LAVWMA if needed for an out-of-area service <br /> agreement for the water connection; authorized connection of 720 Mockingbird Lane (APN 949-6- <br /> 1-6) to the City water and sanitary sewer systems, provided: all connection work is done to the <br /> satisfaction of the City Engineer; all costs are borne by the property owner; and the proposed <br /> extension of City services is approved by LAFCo, and LAVWMA, if needed <br /> 4.
