The Developer should explain <br /> the form and options offered. These options shall include all City Mandatory to Offer upgrades <br /> and any additional Universal Design upgrades that may be offered by the Developer. <br /> The Developer is responsible for providing a copy of this form to the City of Pleasanton Building <br /> and Safety Division, signed by the Developer's Representative and the Buyer(s), prior to final <br /> inspection of the dwelling.
