4. The Tri-Valley Cities agree to equally share the costs of Legislative Advocacy <br /> Services $30,000 each annually. <br /> 5. The City of Pleasanton will bill each of the Tri-Valley Cities for the expenses <br /> related to the Service Agreement as follows: <br /> October 2022 $30,000(12 months of Service Agreement) <br /> October 2023 $30,000(12 months of Service Agreement) <br /> October 2024 $30,000 (12 months of Service Agreement) <br /> October 2025 $30,000(12 months of Service Agreement) <br /> October 2026 $30,000(12 months of Service Agreement) <br /> The Tri-Valley Cities agree to pay the City of Pleasanton within 30 days of <br /> receiving an invoice from the City. <br /> 6. In the event that the contract is terminated, or the City of Pleasanton no longer <br /> wishes to serve as the fiduciary agent, all unspent funds will be returned, in equal <br /> portions to each of the Tri-Valley Cities. <br /> 7. Should any of the Cities or Town engage the Consultant to initiate a specific task <br /> unique to their organization, the financial obligation and project management for <br /> that specific task will be the sole responsibility of that agency and will not be <br /> covered under this MOU or the Service Agreement with Consultant. <br /> 8. Project management for the Tri-Valley Cities Legislative Advocacy work will be <br /> rotated annually. The scheduled rotation is as follows: <br /> July 2022 to June 2023 —Town of Danville <br /> July 2023 to June 2024—City of Dublin <br /> July 2024 to June 2025—City of Livermore <br /> Jul 2 2 — <br /> July 0 5 to June 2026 City of Pleasanton <br /> July 2026 to June 2027—City of San Ramon <br /> THIS AGREEMENT executed the date and year first above written. <br /> TOWN OF DANVILLE CITY OF DUBLIN <br /> Joseph A.
