Resolution No. 1323 <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> SECTION 2: The City Council finds that the proposed solar and battery energy storage <br /> procurement effort involves no physical change to the environment and is exempt from <br /> the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to, without limitation, CEQA <br /> Guidelines Section 15306 (information collections) and 15061(b)(3) (no possibility of <br /> significant effect on the environment), each as a separate and independent basis. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at <br /> a regular meeting held on September 6, 2022. <br /> I, Jocelyn Kwong, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the foregoing <br /> resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 6th day of <br /> September 2022, by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmembers Arkin, Balch, Narum, Testa, Mayor Brown <br /> Noes: None <br /> Absent: None <br /> Abstain: None <br /> Joc I n Kwo g, y Clerk <br /> APP OVED S TO FORM: <br /> APP <br /> Daniel G.
