CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 447 <br /> <br /> ESTABLISHING FUTURE STREET WIDTH LINES <br /> FOR VINE STREET, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. <br /> 309 (ZONING ORDINANCE) <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby <br /> ordain as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 309 (Zoning Ordinance) adopted <br />April 18, 1960, is hereby amended by adding new sections to <br />Article 18-A, establishing special building and future street <br />width line for Vine Street, to read as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 18-A.200. VINE STREET. <br /> There are hereby established the following future <br /> street width lines for Vine Street for the area presently <br /> within the City Limits and for areas annexed to the City <br /> at a future date. <br /> <br /> Section 18-A.201. The precise plan for this future street <br /> is shown on the plan prepared by the City of Pleasanton, <br /> Department of Public Works, Division of Engineering, <br /> entitled "Future Street Width Lines~ Vine Street", dated <br /> January, 1966, which plan is on file in the Department <br /> of Public Works. <br /> <br /> Section 18-A.202. The future width line for Vine Street <br /> is generally described as follows: <br /> <br /> A fifty foot wide right-of-way, which shall be the <br /> extension of Vine Street as it presently exists in <br /> unincorporated territory, the centerline of which <br /> is approximately 400 feet from the existing northerly <br /> right-of-way line of Vineyard Avenue and parallel <br /> thereto, terminating at its westerly limit in a <br /> cul-de-sac having a main radius of 45 feet, said <br /> cul-de-sac shall have its most westerly limit approxi- <br /> mately 140 feet west of the extension of the center- <br /> line of Amador Court and situated so as to serve the <br /> property now or formerly owned by J.C. and W. Paulo; <br /> and a 50 foot wide right-of-way at right angles to <br /> Vineyard Avenue, extending from Vineyard Avenue north- <br /> erly to an intersection with the previously described <br /> right-of-way, the centerline of which shall be ap- <br /> proximately 105 feet easterly of the extension of the <br /> centerline of Amador Court and shall be centered on <br /> the property now or formerly owned by J.B. and M.R. <br /> Vallarino; and. 20 feet radius returns at all right-of- <br /> way line intersections. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on March 14, 1966. <br /> <br /> - 1 - <br /> <br /> <br />
