CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO, 445 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT NO o 51, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 309 <br /> (ZONING ORDINANCE) AND "ZONING MAP" OF SAID <br /> ORDINANCE, RE WILLIAM T. MARSH PROPERTY, EASTERLY <br /> OF NEAL AND SECOND STREETS <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby <br /> ordain as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. The "Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton", <br />dated April 18, 1960, as adopted in Section 3.3 of Ordinance <br />No. 309, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into <br />zoning districts, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 51, as shown on map dated <br /> March, 1966, on file with the City Clerk, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto as <br /> EXHIBIT A, and made a part hereof, shall <br /> designate the land use and zoning district of <br /> said territory. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. Said territory and zone classification, as <br /> amended, is further described as follows: <br /> <br /> All that territory included in application of <br /> William T. Marsh, being approximately 2-1/2 <br /> acres south of Kottinger Avenue, east of Second <br /> Street, west of Del Sol Avenue, and north of <br /> Neal Street. <br /> <br /> Said territory shall be classified as follows: <br /> <br /> R-2, One and Two Family Residence District <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of <br /> <br /> the City of Pleasanton on March 7, 1966. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br /> City of Pleasanton on March 14, 1966, by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmen Bubics, Gerton, Harding, McWilliams & Long <br /> NOES: None <br /> <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> r J~HN B o LONG,/~or <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />HELEN WOODWARD, City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
