g. Sound Operator —City of Pleasanton will provide a qualified staff person, at City's sole <br />expense, to act as sound board operator. City will make available a Theater Technician. <br />Such staff person shall attend all rehearsals and performances at the Firehouse Theater <br />at and after load -in. <br />h. TVRT will provide all wireless microphones required to facilitate quality sound design of <br />production. TVRT will be solely responsible for maintenance and wear and tear of its <br />microphones. <br />7) TVRT will facilitate collaboration with City of Pleasanton staff by sharing design concepts as <br />they are developed. TVRT will make the final artistic decisions for each production. <br />8) WRT will send the production schedule to the City, will immediately inform the Supervisor and <br />Lead Technician of any needed changes to the schedule and hold a production meeting with <br />tech staff no later than four (4) weeks prior to load -in. <br />9) TVRT will conduct technical/dress rehearsals at the Firehouse Theater, seeing production <br />through opening night. <br />10)TVRT will conduct strike of all production elements, hauling away any elements (set pieces, <br />props, costumes, etc.) used in these productions on day of strike, and returning the rooms to <br />their pre-show/rehearsal conditions (removal of spike tape, etc.) This shall be done in <br />coordination with the technical staff of theater. If TVRT is unable to remove ALL elements on <br />day of strike, arrangements must be made with Theater Technician at least one (1) week prior <br />to Strike Day to leave elements at the facility for future removal. These arrangements will be <br />based on space requirements for the subsequent show(s) in the facility. <br />11)TVRT agrees that if there is any damage done to the facility as a result of their use of the <br />facility, the City of Pleasanton will hire a contractor to repair said damage and will invoice <br />TVRT for any costs incurred as result. The City shall notify TVRT of the damages that the City <br />believes resulted from TVRT's use of the facility and provide an opportunity for TVRT to <br />discuss the issue before hiring a contractor to repair the damage. <br />12)TVRT agrees to honor, and enforce among all of its staff, all fire code regulations for use of all <br />City of Pleasanton facilities, whether during rehearsals or performances. <br />13)In addition to the marketing materials produced by City Staff, TVRT shall be responsible for the <br />following marketing deliverables: graphic design of show program, and any additional materials <br />TVRT desires that are not provided by the City. Marketing deliverables will be provided to <br />Firehouse Theater staff no later than eight (8) weeks prior to printing and publication deadlines <br />provided by City staff. TVRT will be permitted to distribute and display marketing materials <br />during the run of the show in the lobby. <br />14)If TVRT breaches any of the above provisions, there will be monetary penalties. <br />• First breach — Discussion between City and TVRT staff regarding breach <br />• Second breach on same item - $100 monetary penalty maybe applied —TVRT will be <br />notified via writing of second breach and monetary penalty will be deducted from next <br />payment due <br />
