CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 444 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT NO. 50, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 309 <br /> (ZONING ORDINANCE) AND "ZONING MAP" OF SAID <br /> ORDINANCE, RE ANNEXATION NO. 38 ," STANLEY <br /> BOULEVARD ANNEX ~' <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby <br /> ordain as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. The "Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton", <br /> dated April 18, 1960, as adopted in Section 3.3 of Ordinance <br /> No. 309, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into <br /> zoning districts, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 50, as shown on map dated <br /> February, 1966, on file with the City Clerk, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto as <br /> EXHIBIT A, and made a part hereof, shall <br /> designate the land use and zoning district <br /> of said territory. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. Said territory and zone classification, as <br />amended, is further described as follows: <br /> <br /> A. All that territory included in Annexation <br /> No. 38, "Stanley Boulevard Annex B" , as <br /> filed with the Secretary of State and Alameda <br /> County Recorder. <br /> <br /> B. Said territory shall be classified as follows: <br /> <br /> R-l, Single-f~ily Residential District <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of <br />the City of Pleasanton on February 21, 1966. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on March 7, 1966, by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmen Gerton, Harding, McWilliams and L~ng <br /> NOES: None <br /> <br /> ABSENT: Councilman Bubics .~~ ~ <br /> <br /> /~J/~HN B.
