The proposed new policy would allow the City to <br /> display commemorative flags only if authorized by the City Council; this will ensure the <br /> flags displayed are an expression of the City's official views. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Staff recommends the City Council adopt a resolution establishing an Outdoor <br /> Commemorative Flag Display Policy. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> There is no fiscal impact associated with adoption of an Outdoor Commemorative Flag <br /> Display Policy. <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
